Tomlin Equipment Product Return Policy


Please inspect your order as soon as received. If you find that there are missing or defective items, contact our Customer Service Department immediately.

Damaged Freight: You must report any damage to the carrier within 7 days of receipt to request inspection.  Discarded material cannot be claimed for credit.

If it is necessary to return a product to Tomlin Equipment, please contact Customer Service for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Tomlin must receive the returned items within 15 days of the RMA approval.  Otherwise, the return shipment will be refused.  The RMA must appear on the packing list.

Items to be returned must be packaged and shipped in accordance and in compliance with all applicable regulations.  All returned materials must be shipped freight prepaid.

Note 1:  Unopened packages will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Note 2:  You may return an item for credit for 30 days from the time you receive it.

Note 3:  Items that are not returnable include:  Opened or damaged containers, materials damaged in shipment, material past its expiration date, special orders or custom materials.
